Trigger Finger

Kris had her checkup today with her rheumatologist. During the exam she asked the doctor to look at one of her fingers that she had been having a problem straightening. He diagnosed it as a trigger finger, and ultimately gave her a shot in the joint. I told her that I remember having mine done years ago, and that it’ll help, but it should take a couple of days. And from what I remember, my finger swelled up quite a bit to the point where it took me a day or two before I was back to normal use, and almost a week before the pain went away. Hopefully it won’t last as long for her.
