Saturday after work we ran over to Kris's parents' to see how her mom was doing and talk to the hospice nurse. She was actually doing pretty good, though a little weak. We ran and did a little bit of grocery shopping for her folks, a little bit of cleaning, and made sure that her mom was comfortable and then we headed home for the day, crossing our fingers that nothing would go wrong.
Sarah was off at a girl scout event on Saturday practicing being a PA, so she wasn't with us. Ali and I played a game or two and we spent the rest of the day getting things done around the house (laundry, cleaning the upstairs that didn't get done on Friday). I was still really tired from getting up early to go to work and from recovering from a cold so I went to bed early, hoping to get some rest before we had to go over and check on Kris's mom Sunday morning.
