Parade Day

The plan was to take the year off and not go thru the hassle of getting a spot for the parade and then sitting there for 3 hours in the sun, and then waiting for the fireworks. Kris decided we needed to go, and I guess as long as someone else was sitting out to get a spot, I am fine with it. The only problem is driving there and how to juggle the cars around. I decided that I would drive our car and put it in the parking lot of the strip mall right behind where we are sitting. I would then just drive Kris there with our stuff in my car, drive home and then just walk back to the spot along the parade route. I’m not sure I like the spot, but then again, I didn’t pick it, so I am not going to complain.
