As Sarah was sitting on the couch watching TV icing her face she got a call on her cell phone. It was set on vibrate so I didn't hear it ring, only her say "Hello?". Then a few other things, and when she was off the phone she put her arms in the air and said she didn't need to look for another job anymore.
The call was from the manager at Stein asking if she would be interested in coming back to work. Apparently there are a few girls who are going to be going off, or back, to college, so they need to have some regular part time people. And since they liked Sarah her boss gave her a call to see if she was available to come back. She is going back in tomorrow to get her paperwork back into their employee payroll system. She is pretty happy about it because it means she'll be working more hours than she had been, which also means more money for her.
And on the plus side, if she is still there in November maybe we can get a discount on a new Christmas tree.
