Exercise

With the spring coming to an end, Kris and I have decided to start getting some regular exercise. Starting today we are going to try walking at least 3 miles per day. W ehave ourselves a nice littel route that is actually about 3.5 miles and getting up and going at 6:00 AM is very peaceful. The birds are chirping, it's quiet. hopefully we can keep it up.
